You must be at least 18 years old to order or receive tobacco by federal law.

By placing an order you represent to St Pete Florist  that you are at least 18 years old.

At time of delivery someone 18 years or older must be present to sign the delivery note.

If no one is available the cigarette or cigar gift will have to be returned to the store and a new

delivery day or time must be set by the recipient.

We do not ship tobacco products.
